Covid-19 Shipping Impacts

COVID-19 has had a tremendous impact on shipping services. Some packages are taking longer than usual to arrive to our customers. This is especially true around the holiday season. 

We ask that you please give an extra 1-2 weeks for your packages to arrive if they have not been delivered by the expected delivery date.  Some packages are being marked as delivered, but not actually showing up until a few days later or even a week later.

COVID-19 has also had an impact on the supply chain. Due to this reason we reserve the right to exchange a brand for another when filling your order.
