•What is sublimation and why is it awesome?
Sublimation is a printing process that creates a vintage/faded, permanent design on light to medium colored shirts. It uses a special water-based ink that permanently adheres to the polyester in a shirt using high heat and pressure. This is awesome because your shirt has a permanent design that you can't feel and it will not crack or peel!
•What does it mean when you say vintage/faded?
Sublimation ink only bonds with polyester fibers so the more polyester the brighter the design and the less polyester the less vibrate it is. Where the ink does not bond the shirt color will show through creating the vintage/faded look. We love this effect and the softness of the blended shirts
•What is your normal processing time?
We handprint most designs when they are ordered, so please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be prepped for shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is ready to be shipped.
•What brands do you prefer to use?
We prefer to use Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, LAT, Alternative, Independent Trading Company or District. Due to COVID shutdowns and back orders, we purchase based on availability, so the brand name may change.
•What is the fabric content?
Depending on the brand, it is a blend of polyester, airlume combed and ringspun cotton, and possibly rayon for sublimation. Non polyester items may be 100% cotton or blends.
•What are the care instructions?
Polyester, cotton and rayon will do best and last longest being washed in cool water and dried with low heat, but washing and drying will never affect the quality of the design on sublimation because it is permanent. For longer lasting vinyl designs, please wash inside out, no fabric softener, and hang dry if possible (if not possible dry on low heat setting). Do not iron directly on vinyl design.

•My item arrived damaged or it is incorrect, what do I do?

•Why hasn't my tracking status changed from "Pre-Shipment"?
"Pre-Shipment” status usually means USPS missed the initial scan at the original distribution center and your package was manually sorted onto a truck, it will be scanned at another delivery point along the way.
The USPS is experiencing challenges due to COVID-19, resulting in a lack of staff/ resources as stated on the their website. In addition to the holiday mail increase, this is causing customer packages to be delayed nationwide, the USPS is experiencing challenges due to COVID-19. These challenges are resulting in a lack of staff/ resources as stated on the their website. What we have seen is the USPS tracker will show that the package is in "Pre-Shipment" status and then suddenly the status changes to "out for delivery" or even "delivered”. This could take up to 2-3 weeks passed the initial delivery date that was quoted. Please be patient during this time.
•My package has not been delivered, I think it might be lost!
If you suspect that your package was lost by the USPS, you can file a claim HERE. You will need your address, our shipping address, and tracking number.
My package is showing "delivered" but I can’t find it.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the packages once they are sent out. You will need to contact your local post office for help. We will get the same information from the post office as you would through email, so it is always best to talk to someone local. We also suggest checking with your neighbors.
